- All of our orders are sent out within 4 business days of receiving the order. All orders are shipped by Canada Post. Please allow up to 7 business days for standard surface delivery after the order is shipped. We will notify you by email when the order is shipped and, wherever possible, provide you with a tracking number.

- Returns & Replacements
- Immediately upon receipt, please:
- Carefully inspect the contents for any physical defects or shipping damage.
- Verify that the correct products were shipped.
- The item was damaged during shipment;
- The item's expiration date lapsed by the time it was received;
- The item has spoiled or is otherwise defective.
- You can return your purchase(s) made at 2americks.com within 30 days of receipt.
- All return packages must be shipped using Post Canada or with some other provider that supports traceable shipments. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.
- Company 2Ameriks will cover the cost for all return shipments that conform to the returns process outlined in this policy and use the Canada Post service as defined.
For the safety of all Company2 Ameriks Inc.’s customers we do not re-sell returned food items, regardless of their condition, therefore all sales at are final. Company 2 Ameriks will only accept returns for the following reasons:

2Ameriks.com does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order. It is only possible to get a refund on returns when the return is in line with our return policy.

- It is only possible to order your GoGo Quinoa products from us by using the checkout feature of 2Ameriks.com.
Once you've placed an order with us, you can view your most recent order in the order confirmation e-mail you received. If you've saved your information and opened an account at 2Ameriks.com, you can view all of the past orders you've placed on that account. All sales are charged the greater of $5 or %15 of the purchase amount for shipping & handling.
